"My daughters are tired."

Years ago, God revealed to me that His daughters are tired. Soon after, He gave me the scripture, Matthew 11:28, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.]” And just like that, the vision for Refresh was conceived. Refresh is an opportunity for women of all ages to get away for the weekend - away from your daily routines, away from all your never-ending responsibilities and provides you an environment in which you can recharge, rejuvenate, and go back refreshed. Whether you come to spend some much needed time with your girlfriends, to learn and grow spiritually, or to just take advantage of the opportunity to get alone with God, you and all those back home will be so glad you did!

We search high and low for locations that will provide the best environment for what it is God wants to see accomplished during these weekends. No matter which location you attend, you will enjoy a peaceful environment where you can allow the cares of the world to melt away. Simply turn off your cell phone, enjoy minimal distractions, and several places to get off alone or to fellowship with new friends. Each location is definitely is a place to Refresh!

Hear what past attendees have to say about their Refresh experience!

The Lord was so in this place. What peace was found here.
I feel more confident than ever!
I felt the most like myself that I’ve ever felt!
Absolutely wonderful, done in excellence over and above!!!
I’ve learned, I’ve grown, I met new friends. The Lord spoke so much to me. Thank you for a life changing experience.
I left there knowing that I am loved by God, and I can share that love He has for me with others just by being who He created me to be.
I loved the team’s heart and their willingness to serve in whatever capacity.

In light of the season we’re in, we highly encourage you to identify your own roommate. If you do not indicate a roommate preference, we will be prayerful about who to partner you with and assign roommates accordingly.

Q: Will my registration fee be the same if I live locally?

A: Whether you’re coming from near or far, the purpose of Refresh is to give you an opportunity to take a break from your unending responsibilities and get you away from your day-to-day distractions. The investment you make in yourself and your relationship with the Father over this weekend will empower you to go back home refreshed and ready to take on whatever awaits you there.

Q: Are there refrigerators in the rooms?

A: No, there are no refrigerators in the guest rooms, however, there is a community kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave if you need to bring something that requires refrigeration or warming.

Q: Will there be an iron in the room?

A: Some of our retreat locations have irons in the rooms and others do not. If you do not have one in your room, we will have one available in a centralized location in case of a wardrobe emergency. If you give your garments a light pressing before you pack them, you should be good for the weekend. Or, feel free to take full advantage of the fact that there's no iron and don't worry about the wrinkles. We won't judge!

Q: What safeguards will be in place for those who choose to attend?

A: Each location has all guest rooms and common areas professionally cleaned after each event, however, we do encourage you to bring your own disinfecting products if you would like to further sanitize your room. The Refresh team will be sanitizing our meeting space. Your registration and attendance are strictly voluntary. If you are uncomfortable in any way, we encourage you wait this one out and be sure to sign-up for our weekly email so you’ll be one of the first to be notified of the dates of our next retreat. We ask that registrants refrain from attending if within the last 14 days you have tested positive for COVID-19 or the flu, currently have or recovering from COVID-19 or the flu, been exposed to someone who tested positive, have been medically quarantined, feel feverish, or currently have a fever.
